Warm List Co., a sole proprietorship operated by Marcus Livingston in Fort Worth, Texas, sends text messages to people who contact us or request information, including replies to inquiries, discovery call scheduling and reminders, customer service updates, and, with consent, occasional information about our services.

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example through our website chat or contact forms, by texting our business number first, or by telling us during a call or meeting that we may text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
